Hemorrhoids is caused by dehydration, and an imbalanced and non-nutritious diet. When you get dehydrated and give your body the nutrients it needs to be healthy again your hemorrhoids begin to shrink and disappear. The next thing I would recommend that you begin to do is to drink more water. Not tap water though because tap water is low quality water and it will not help in this situation. You should only drink spring or purified water. A good rule to follow for drinking water is to drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. This is the minimum so if you are in a warm climate or are exercising you should drink more than 50% each day, closer to 60% would be better.
